Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Esteticarit Ltd, company number 16874529, trading as Esteticarit Homes from School Ln, Litherland, Liverpool L21 7LX, is the controller of the personal data collected through esteticarit.com, by telephone and on site. Questions go to [email protected] or 0151 929 9216.

2. What we collect

The price form takes your name, telephone number, email address, the postcode of the plot, the design and finish you are interested in, the planning position and anything you write to us. If we build for you, we also hold the plot address, drawings, surveys, the contract, stage invoices and photographs of the work.

3. Why we use it

• To price your house and answer your questions, at your request before a contract.
• To design, build and hand over the house under our contract with you.
• To keep the records HMRC, building control and the warranty provider require.
• To protect the form and our systems from abuse, as a legitimate interest.
• To contact you about warranty visits after handover, under the same contract.

4. Who else sees it

Only those a house needs: our structural engineer, the planning authority and building control when we apply for you, the structural warranty insurer, and the concrete plant, which is given the site address for deliveries. Our accountant, email provider and host process data on our instructions within the United Kingdom. We never sell personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become a build are deleted after 12 months. Contracts, drawings and warranty records are kept for 12 years after handover, the period in which claims about building work can be made.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. We reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
